What is important for us?
What do we value?
• We value Jesus as a person and his gospel as the message to be the foundation of our lives.
• Our desire is to meet and treat every individual with the attitude of Jesus Christ.
• We value and respect every person regardless of ethnical race, background, social and financial status.
• We value the softness and change of heart rather than outer behavior.
• We value all ministry, seen or unseen, open or hidden, big or small, done as a response to God’s unfailing love..
• We do not take peoples ministry for granted.
And our doctrines?
We are a part of the big “Pentecostal-charismatic-faith-grace” family. However, in the church people have their background from many different churches and denominations. We don not base our fellowship on theological doctrines in minor issues. Working together, even if there are some differences, helps us to grow in Christ. Our focus is the main issues like
We believe
the whole Bible is inspired from God and reveals the person Jesus Christ and his gospel (we can find Jesus in every book in the Bible).
The gospel of Jesus
and the person of Jesus living inside a believer is the greatest changing factor in a person’s life.
The New Covenant
has replaced the Old Covenant and we teach all people and nations the riches of the New Covenant. We believe every person regardless of race can be blessed in Jesus Christ.
We stick
to the old Christian confessions like the Apostolic Faith confession.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy (catholic or common) church, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
